• To enable secure online payments, we use the payment gateway services of Cashfree Payments India Private Limited (“Cashfree”).
• By making a payment through our Website, you also agree to be bound by Cashfree’s applicable terms, policies, and privacy practices.
• We do not store or have access to your complete payment instrument details such as full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking passwords. These are handled securely by Cashfree as per applicable regulations and industry standards.
• A payment is considered successful only after confirmation is received from Cashfree and our bank.
• In case of payment failure, double charge, or other technical issues, you may contact us with the transaction reference ID so we can assist and coordinate with Cashfree or the bank, as appropriate.

8. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

• Since our services involve professional time, expertise, and effort, fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
• Any request for cancellation or refund must be raised in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
